- Curriculum Vitae (CV)
- National Insurance number
- Right-to-work documentation (where applicable)
Special Category and Relevant Personal Data
- Disability or health information relevant to employment opportunities or workplace adjustments
- Criminal convictions or unspent convictions where relevant to a role and permitted by law
I consent to the Company processing the above personal data for the following purposes:
- To provide recruitment and work-finding services
- To assess my suitability for employment opportunities
- To introduce me to prospective employers and clients for the purposes of securing employment or assignments
- To transfer or share relevant personal data with clients where necessary to provide work-finding services
- To store and process my data within the Company’s recruitment database and associated systems, including JobAdder
- To process my data using automated systems and recruitment technologies where appropriate
- To communicate with me regarding current and future employment opportunities, assignments, and recruitment-related information
- To comply with legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations
The consent I give to the Company will remain valid for a period of three (3) years, unless withdrawn earlier.
I understand that I have the right to withdraw my consent at any time by notifying the Company in writing. Withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of any processing carried out prior to the withdrawal.
