TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders requesting Data Management resources and services providing first-level technical consulting on our portfolio.
• Analyze stakeholder demands for Data Management resources and services to understand business and technical requirements. Work with stakeholders and solution architects to transfer requirements and design solutions that meet business and technical requirements.
• Manage the prioritization and scheduling of Data Management projects and initiatives using a sprint-based agile methodology to align all work and deliverables from demand intake to delivery
• Develop and maintain documentation related to Data Ecosystem solutions, including architectural diagrams, technical specifications, and user guides
• Drive communication on implemented demands and projects in different channels
• Build strong stakeholder relationships by understanding their needs and providing exceptional customer service.
• Embrace a culture of customer orientation and service excellence
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices related to cloud computing, and make recommendations for the adoption of new technologies and practices.
QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCES:
• You hold a bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, information technology, business administration or comparable
• You have many years of relevant professional experience as an IT demand manager or service owner / manager
• You enrich our team with practical proven knowledge in the area of ITIL Service Management processes (Service Management, Demand Management, Change Management) and Application Management
• In addition to profound IT project management experience, you also have knowledge of moderation techniques.
• You ideally have experience with the IT operation/IT service of data management or data governance solutions
• You have good understanding of enterprise data landscapes and architectural building blocks as well as various data assets of different business domains, data flow and lineage
• Knowledge of platform architecture for Azure, AWS, Data Management applications is highly appreciated.
• You have very profound experiences in requirements engineering, demand/project management, agile methods (e.g. SCRUM) and problem solving techniques (e.g. design thinking)
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on building and maintaining client relationships.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively on status, progress and risks
• Knowledge of enterprise industry best practices and standards in regard to service and development processes is a plus
