Monday – Friday, 9am – 5pm
Immediate Start Available | Temporary Contract | Potential Temp-to-Perm 

We are urgently recruiting for an experienced Residential Conveyancing Completions Assistant to join a well-established and employee-owned law firm in Burgess Hill on a temporary basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone immediately available and looking for a busy, fast-paced temp role within a supportive Residential Property team. There is also potential for the role to become permanent for the right person.

Key Duties:

• Managing completions and post-completion processes
• Preparing completion statements
• Requesting and handling mortgage advance monies
• SDLT submissions and Land Registry applications
• Carrying out pre-completion checks
• Liaising with clients, lenders, estate agents, and solicitors
• Supporting shared ownership transactions

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous residential conveyancing experience
• Experience handling completions/post completions
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• Knowledge of SDLT and Land Registry procedures
• Ability to hit the ground running in a busy environment
