We’re working with a close-knit Court of Protection team in Canterbury, where the focus is on supporting vulnerable individuals and their families with care, professionalism and attention to detail. It’s a role that would suit someone who takes real pride in doing things properly, communicates with empathy, and understands the importance of trust in this kind of work.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Supporting a Court of Protection solicitor with the day-to-day management of client matters
• Managing financial information, including spreadsheets and asset records
• Liaising with families, care providers, and external organisations
• Visiting clients when required (a driving licence is essential)

What They’re Looking For:

• Experience within a legal support role (Private Client or Court of Protection is ideal)
• Confidence working with numbers and handling financial information accurately
• A calm, organised and dependable approach to your work
• Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate sensitively and professionally
• A proactive mindset and willingness to learn
• This role would suit someone who has developed strong organisational and people skills in a setting where care, discretion and professionalism are essential. That experience doesn’t have to come from a traditional legal path.
