• Lead and oversee all estate administration activity
• Take ownership of a personal caseload from instruction through to completion
• Supervise and support junior team members, ensuring compliance and best practice
• Sit on the management board alongside senior leadership
• Implement and maintain policies, procedures, and case management systems
• Liaise with third parties, including asset holders and HMRC
• Manage inheritance tax and full estate administration processes

The ideal Head of Legal Practice will bring strong technical expertise alongside proven supervisory experience.

• Qualified under CLC, SRA, or CILEX (Probate & Estate Administration)
• At least eighteen months’ experience supervising and supporting junior team members
• Strong background in estate administration and private client work
• Confident in driving compliance, policies, and procedures
• A self-starter with the ability to take ownership and lead from the front
• Ambitious and keen to progress within a growing organisation
