The role will involve managing an individual caseload whilst assisting senior solicitors on more complex matters, providing an excellent platform to build expertise and confidence.
What we are looking for
Applications are welcomed from solicitors with approximately 1-4 years PQE, including those who have gained relevant family law experience during their training contract or prior to qualification.
Experience or exposure within the following areas would be highly desirable:

• Matrimonial finance and divorce matters
• Private children law cases
• Family law injunctions
• TOLATA matters (or a genuine willingness to learn)
• Managing client relationships with professionalism and empathy
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• A collaborative approach and desire to develop within a supportive team

The majority of work will focus on matrimonial finance matters, alongside a varied caseload of private family law work.
