Conveyancing Lawyer – Remote working

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Residential Property Lawyer to join a thriving and highly regarded legal practice.
This Residential Property Lawyer position offers the chance to step into a busy caseload within an affluent client base, handling high-quality work from day one.

• Manage a full caseload of residential property matters independently
• Handle freehold and leasehold sales, remortgages and high-value transactions
• Build and maintain strong relationships with local agents and clients
• Collaborate with a supportive team and provide holiday cover when needed
• Attend monthly fee earner meetings and contribute to team success
• Report directly to the Head of Property

What we are looking for
The firm is seeking a confident and experienced Residential Property Lawyer who is based in the South East of England, who can hit the ground running and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

• Qualified Solicitor, CILEX or CLC
• Ideally 5+ years’ PQE (flexible depending on experience)
• Proven ability to manage files independently without supervision
• Strong relationship-building and networking skills
• A team player with a proactive and self-starting attitude
• Ambition to grow, with potential interest in future partnership
• Comfortable working with high-net-worth or affluent clients

• Salary: £60,000 – £85,000 depending on experience
