This Residential Conveyancer role offers the chance to join a friendly, close-knit team where you will be trusted to manage your own caseload and make an immediate impact.
- Manage a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters
- Handle freehold sales and purchases from instruction to completion
- Work within a busy and well-established department
- Benefit from dedicated secretarial support
- Initially office-based, with hybrid working (2 days from home) after probation
What we are looking for
The firm is seeking a confident and capable Residential Conveyancer who can hit the ground running and thrive in a collaborative environment.
- Qualified Residential Conveyancer (Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer)
- Experience handling a full conveyancing caseload independently
- Strong knowledge of residential property transactions
- Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
- A proactive and team-oriented approach
- Open to a range of experience levels, provided you can manage files confidently
