We’re working with a specialist bank in Tonbridge who are looking for a Lending Operations Coordinator to join their friendly and supportive team on a temp-to-perm basis.
  
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys administration, organisation and keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes. No two days are the same, and you’ll play a key role in supporting the full lending process from start to finish.
  
What you’ll be doing:

• Managing and updating loan records and documentation
• • Supporting loan applications through to completion
• • Processing repayments, interest rate changes and loan updates
• • Carrying out compliance and AML checks
• • Liaising with internal teams including Finance, Credit and Compliance
• • Ensuring all records are accurate and audit-ready
• • Supporting process improvements and system updates
• • Helping deliver an excellent borrower experience

Perks of the role:

• Hourly rate up to £18 per hour (for the right person) equivalent of £30,000
• 4 day working week, 32 hours full time salary
• Weekly pay
• Temp-perm for the right person

This role would suit someone with strong admin skills, excellent attention to detail and a proactive attitude. Experience within banking, finance or regulated environments would be a bonus, but not essential.
