About the role
Working within a friendly and successful Private Client team, the successful Senior Private Client Paralegal / Will Writer will be responsible for:

• Drafting a wide range of wills
• Preparing and advising on Lasting Powers of Attorney
• Managing a high-volume caseload efficiently and accurately
• Supervising and supporting junior members of the team
• Delivering excellent client service throughout the process
• Contributing to the continued growth and success of the department

What we are looking for
The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous Private Client experience
• Experience drafting wills and LPAs
• An LLB, STEP qualification or recognised Will Writing qualification
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• The ability to manage a busy workload effectively
• Experience supporting or mentoring junior colleagues would be advantageous
• A positive and professional approach to client care
